Support Workers
CSI is an organisation that nurtures professional excellence and growth, teamwork and trust, encouraging and respecting each other, where positive performance is prized.

The role of a Support Worker is to provide personal care, housekeeping, respite and social support to people with a disability and the ageing. The role involves working autonomously in consumers home and local community settings. A Support Worker requires good communication and interpersonal skills and must be highly committed and consumer focused.

CSI offers flexible hours, work close to home, with a range of shift options over 7 days.

Pre-requisites for Support Worker:
  • Senior First Aid;
  • Manual Handling Training (within last 12 months);
  • Cert. III in Disability/Aged Care or relevant field;
  • Current Driver’s Licence and Reliable Car;
  • Be willing and available to attend consumers at various locations.
