Access to Case Management

How do you access our services?

This service is available to people with a disability and the frail aged who are in stable health.

Community Support Incorporated offers its services to clients living in their own homes or in the community, who have a disability, or have acquired injuries.

Our services strive to maximise choice, respond to the individual needs of people with a disability, and promote the dignity and respect of our Consumer, their family and their Carers.


Access to our service providers is available through the following:

  • The Community Support Scheme
Community Support Incorporated is a preferred service provider for the Department of Families under the Commonwealth and State Government jointly funded Community Support Scheme.
    Who is eligible for support?
    - People under the age of 65 living in their own home or the community, who have a disability, or need basic support and maintenance services without which they would move prematurely into long term residential care.
    - People over the age of 65 who have previously been diagnosed with a disability. How to apply
  • Eligibility is determined by:
    Designated Specialist Agencies of the Government of South Australia, including:
    Intellectual Disability Services Council of SA, Mental Health Services,
  • Consumers of the Public Trustee
    Persons who have their financial affairs administered by the Public Trustee.
  • Recognised Claimants of Insurance Companies
  • Domiciliary Care
  • Local Government Bodies
  • Private Consumers
    Services are usually provided in association with and at the request of Carers or families.

Community Support Incorporated is a not-for-profit quality organisation offering a variety of services throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area and rural centres of South Australia.

Community Support Incorporated can make available CSI Approved Service Providers who have satisfied rigorous service assurance standards and a periodic SA Police verification for a satisfactory national offender history, or CSI can assist you to utilise the personal care/support services of a person nominated by you, who CSI can confirm has a current driver's licence and a satisfactory police check.

Referrals for all Community Support Incorporated services are welcome from individuals as private clients (yourself, family, friends) as well as professionals and Government, private and community organisations.
