Referral Information

Referrals for all Community Support Incorporated services are welcome from individuals as private Consumers (yourself, family, friends) as well as professionals and Government, private and community organisations.

The following organisations use CSI Services and it may be appropriate for you to contact them directly. Click here for links to other information and services.

	Disability SA	Disability SA is a division of the Department for Families and Communities (DFC). Disability SA can be contacted for the following types of disability:
		Intellectual Disability Acquired Brain Injury Adult Physical & Neurological Disabilities Exceptional Needs Mental Health Services
	Sensory Directions (Guide Dogs SA and NT)	Sensory Directions can be contacted regarding sensory disabilities, e.g., vison or hearing impairment.
	Novita	Novita Family Services (formerly the Crippled Children's Association)
	CARA	Community Accommodation and Respite Association (CARA)
	Public Trustee	Public Trustee can be contacted for private funding through CSI.

 

Community Support Incorporated is a not-for-profit quality organisation offering a variety of services throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area and rural centres of South Australia. Community Support Incorporated can make available CSI Approved Support Workers who have satisfied rigorous service assurance standards and a periodic SA Police verification for a satisfactory national offender history, or CSI can assist you to utilise the personal care/support services of a person nominated by you, who CSI can confirm has a current driver's licence and a satisfactory police check.
