This service is available to people with a disability and the frail aged who are in stable health.

Social Development is primarily for people who are vulnerable and require specialised social skills development to contribute to the quality of their lives. Social Development provides a structured range of assistance services adapted to individual needs. Social Development is a service designed to assist a person with a disability to live in their home.

Our services strive to maximise choice, respond to the individual needs of people with a disability, and promote the dignity and respect of our Consumer, their family and their Carers.

CSI Support Workers assist with:

• Assisting the consumer to develop interpersonal/communication skills
• Building confidence

Social Development can be:

• Provided in the consumer's home or at other requested locations, eg, Nursing Home, Hostel, etc.
• Tailored to suit the requirements of groups
