Assisting you to enjoy your leisure time

This service is available to people with a disability and the frail aged who are in stable health.

Social Support is normally provided in the Consumer's home and may include accompanying a Consumer on an excursion trip. This service is intended to help the Consumer participate in general society.

Social support provides creative, flexible programmed support. Outings and activities are tailored to a Consumer's interests and needs.

Our services strive to maximise choice, respond to the individual needs of people with a disability, and promote the dignity and respect of our Consumer, their family and their Carers.

CSI Service Provider assistance includes:

• Providing the Consumer with company
• Accompanying the Consumer to social groups, theatre outings, cinema, etc.
• Accompanying the Consumer to recreational and leisure pursuits
• Assisting the Consumer with hobbies and crafts
• Accompanying the Consumer to sporting activities
• Or any similar assistance you require

Community Support Incorporated is a not-for-profit quality organisation offering a variety of services throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area and rural centres of South Australia.

Community Support Incorporated can make available CSI Approved Service Providers who have satisfied rigorous service assurance standards and a periodic SA Police verification for a satisfactory national offender history, or CSI can assist you to utilise the personal care/support services of a person nominated by you, who CSI can confirm has a current driver's licence and a satisfactory police check.

Referrals for all Community Support Incorporated. services are welcome from individuals as private Consumers (yourself, family, friends) as well as professionals and Government, private and community organisations.
