As a complementary adjunct to other CSI Services

This service is available to people with a disability and the frail aged who are in stable health.

Transport Assistance involves arranging indirect transport services for the Client and is usually incidental to other types of support, such as shopping or other outings.

Our services strive to maximise choice, respond to the individual needs of people with a disability, and promote the dignity and respect of our Client, their family and their Carers.

CSI Service Providers assist with:

  • Arranging availability
  • Dial a bus booking service
  • Community Access minibus
  • Assistance with use of subsidised travel vouchers
  • This service is aimed at assisting the Client to travel to social events, shopping, medical appointments, etc.
