The Community Support Induction is 2 parts: online modules through our Online Learning Portal and face-to-face Induction conducted by your Human Resource Team, Managers and Supervisors.
Corporate induction is an important step to engaging new team members into Community Support. This training covers important information and topics that new team members need to know including standard process and responsibilities of employees and your employer, such as safety information, client care, CSI procedures & policies and an introduction to the organisation and team that will be working with.
