Emma Calabro

Emma has been at Community Support Inc since 2016 and is the Client Engagement Manager. In her role she leads the Scheduling and Service Design Teams, with a key focus on new-client engagement, assisting them to navigate the NDIS and also helping to drive the service and business growth for the organisation.

Prior to this, she was a Service Coordinator before taking on the role of Service Design Leader, leading the transformation of the organisation’s service delivery functions. Her high energy and charismatic leadership style led to her promotion to lead the Support Services team.

Emma previously worked at Uniting Communities in the Aged Care Team as the Lifestyle Coordinator at Aldersgate Aged Care and Murray Bridge Aged Care. During her time with Uniting Communities Emma led various initiatives including training staff, volunteer programs and best practice programs.

With hands-on experience in delivering direct support in aged care, Emma understands what our clients want, and she cares deeply about helping people to achieve their goals and to live a happy and stress-free life.

Emma has worked closely with Social Work Students at the UniSA Magill Campus for over 10 years. Emma is on several committees including the Campbelltown Council Access and Inclusion Committee, Mental Health Service – Northern Connection Committee and the Consumers and Carers Health Priority Group.
