Jo Goodall

Jo brings 13 years of Human Resources (HR) Management and Senior Leadership experience to Community Support.  She has managed complex and dynamic teams across the Construction, Manufacturing, Not for Profit and Private sectors, supporting Senior Leaders and Board Directors in her previous roles.

Prior to working at Community Support,  Jo was the General Manager, People and Process at the Can:Do Group.  Here she was responsible for managing a wide range of business functions including HR, Payroll, WHS, Quality and Compliance, IT, Systems, Property, Fleet, and Insurance, meeting the complex needs of a variety of key stakeholders, including Board executives, Senior Leaders, internal business units, clients, and the community services sector.

Jo has significant experience in developing, executing, and evaluating strategic plans and working in partnership with client services, clinical and operational teams, developing strong relationships both internally and externally, and collaborating through a multidisciplinary approach for teams to work together and deliver on Business Plan outcomes.

Qualifications: Diploma in HR and is currently studying an Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Adelaide
