Social Support & Development
We provide one to one support services for access recreational and social supports that meet your interests and supports relationships to be developed within the community.
One-to-one support gives you the opportunity to learn and develop through social activities that you might not be able to access without some help.
We support you to maintain your existing connections and link you with people who share similar interests to you, so you can stay connected to your favourite activities.
Community Support can assist you with your shopping, whether that’s online or a trip together to the shops, or we can shop on your behalf if you prefer.
We can also help you to join new activities that will help you to develop new friendships and new interests. We support you to connect to what’s going on in your community and get involved!
