How Stella got back her confidence

Stella’s MS has resulted in a major decline in her health and abilities, especially since being in a wheelchair, she has become bedfast and had not wanted to leave her home for almost 2 years.

After reaching out for support, the CSI Service Delivery team have organised and attended medical appointments, in home therapy and equipment reviews, case conferences and team meetings to assist maintain Stella’s health status and actively support her choice to remain in her own home. Stella now has access to the specialist medical and therapy staff she needs.
