Briegan Gligora –
General Manager, People and Culture
Brie is the General Manager of People and Culture at Community Support and has over 10 years’ experience supporting organisations on the full range of Human Resources activities.
Prior to working at Community Support, Brie had significant experience working within the profit-for-purpose sector including aged care, community, disability, and mental health with direct organisational impact across 1000’s of employees as a trusted advisor.
Brie has enhanced business capability through collaborating with senior and operational leaders by providing guidance, coaching, and support across all HR aspects. This includes, business partnership strategies, policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, restructuring of services, job design and evaluation, WHS, management coaching, learning and development, employee relations, industrial relations matters, change management and disputes and performance management and employee benefits.
Brie is committed to collaborating with leadership to provide specialist advice, information, analysis and reports on specific business unit operations and requirements, which supports the development of responsive and pro-active policies and strategies across the organisation, as well as being committed to building a positive and safe working environment.
Brie holds a Bachelors in Management, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Management & Human Resources, Certificate IV in WHS, RTW Coordinator, and is currently studying her MBA.
