Susan Wirth

Susan is the General Manager, Operations at Community Support Inc and has extensive management experience in the not-for-profit sector and the for-profit health care sector in large and medium sized organisations.

She began her career as a qualified Registered Nurse and has an extensive experience in both residential aged care and the acute health sector including managing an Intensive Care Unit for a number of years.

Prior to working at Community Support, Susan was an Executive Director for Estia Health and prior to that was the Senior Manager for a residential aged care organisation, ensuring operational and quality outcomes for all homes within the group.

Susan is passionate about excellence in service delivery to clients, creating and building positive cultures within teams and leading change management processes within organisations.

She holds the following qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN), Post Graduate Diploma in Critical Care (Dip Critical Care ) from the University of Adelaide and a certificate in Coronary Care Nursing.
